These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Mid-Florida CPR, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, “Terms”), govern your use and access to our services, programs, courses, and websites, including www.midflcprtc.com, www.midflcpr.com and all subdomains thereof, and include any content, functionality, and services offered on or through such services, programs, courses, and websites (collectively, the “Service”), whether accessed as a guest or a registered user.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Service. By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, found at http://midflcprtc.com/privacy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to
these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Service.
Please note: Section XII of these Terms contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver that applies to all users. It affects how disputes with the Company are resolved. By accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by this arbitration clause and class action waiver. Please read it carefully.

or treatment, nor are we a medical service provider. Content on the Service, which may include text, graphics, images, or other information produced by us or obtained from third party content providers, and other material contained on the Service, are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Service is

III. Accounts.
a. Registration. In order to use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create and register an account (“Account”). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your Account up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Account and password, as well as for its use and misuse. You must promptly inform us of any need to deactivate your Account, including if you become aware that your Account is compromised or being used without authorization. You will be liable for any and all activities conducted through your Account that, if undertaken by you, would be deemed a violation of these Terms. We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, with or without providing a refund of amounts paid by you, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms. You should use particular caution when accessing your Account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view
or record your password or other personal information.
b. Virtual Content. When you click to purchase, earn or are gifted Virtual Content, including but not limited to points, coins, or gems, you only get a license to access and display this Virtual Content. You have no ownership in any of the Virtual Content you unlock and you can’t transfer it to someone else. Virtual Content has no monetary value, is Site specific and you can’t redeem Virtual Content for any type of “real world” money. Any prizes offered by us may be removed at any time at our discretion. Instructors who transfer to another Training Center forfeit all virtual content earned, whether redeemed or not.
VII. Termination.
a. Voluntary Termination by You. You may delete your Account or stop using the Service at any time. This
action may be non-reversible and you may lose all, or some portion of, the data associated with your Account. Termination of your Account will not relieve you of any obligation that may have arisen prior to such termination, including the obligation to pay Fees. Please contact us directly at [email protected] to request deletion of your account.
VIII. Third-Party Materials. Certain components or features of the Service may include materials from third parties and hyperlinks to other web sites, resources, or content (“Third-Party Content”). Such Third-Party Content may be subject to different terms and conditions and privacy practices. The Company, which has no control over such Third-Party Content, is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such Third-Party Content, or the content, products, or services available from such Third-Party Content. Links to Third-Party Content are not an endorsement by us of such Third-Party Content. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible or liable in any way for any damages you incur or
allege to have incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of your use or reliance upon any Third-Party Content. ACCESS AND USE OF THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
XII. Governing Law. All matters relating to the Service and these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction).
XIII. Arbitration; Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial.
a. Generally. In order to expedite and control the cost of disputes, the Company and you agree that any
legal or equitable claim, dispute, action, or proceeding arising from or related to your use of the Service or
these Terms (“Dispute“) will be resolved as follows to the fullest extent permitted by law.
XIV. Feedback. We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Service, and requests for technical support or other communications relating to the Service (“Feedback”). Any Feedback you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and nonproprietary to you. By submitting Feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you.
